Regular stage inspections are made, progress reports prepared, and certification issued personally by Mr R E Reynolds RIBA, Principal of Arnold Design Associates, who is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, membership number 3001568, and a Registered Architect with Architects Registration Board of the United Kingdom, registration number 036947K.
Arnold Design Associates holds and maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of £500,000 on an each and every claim basis.
Fees charged are free of VAT as Arnold Design Associates is not registered for this purpose.

Should you wish to avail yourself of these services, you should first contact the Mortgage or Loan Company you have in mind, to verify that Architectural Certification is acceptable to them as an alternative to a New Home Warranty Scheme.

Please note that if the building has been completed without the benefit of either a warranty scheme or a monitoring and certification scheme, special arrangements will have to be made with the Lender for a full retrospective building survey, and the Lender may prefer to nominate their own Professional Consultant for this purpose.
