Housing design varying from individual houses throughout Nottinghamshire, to small and medium size developments of houses and flats varying from 5 up to 120 units at Carrington, Redhill, Arnold, Edwalton, Carlton, Mapperley, and Burton Joyce.
Commercial and Industrial projects have been completed in Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Grantham, Peterborough, and Huthwaite.

Residential Care and Nursing homes completed are located at Arnold, Aspley, Beeston, Bestwood, Hucknall, Mansfield, Burton on Trent, Stoke on Trent and Woodhall Spa.

Hotels, Pubs and Clubs, new build and refurbished, at Lowdham, Long Eaton, Langwith, Calverton, Leicester, and South Ruislip.

Ethnic Centres for the Afro-Carribean, Pakistani, Indian, and Hindu communities in Nottingham.

Church repair, extension and refurbishments for New Testament Church of God, Carlton, Hazel Grove United Reform Church, Hucknall, St Edwards RC Church, Thorneywood, Trent Vineyard Church, Lenton, and Good Shepherd RC Church, Woodthorpe.

From 2003 to the present date Mr Reynolds has concentrated on Architectural Certification, and no longer undertakes architectural design work, planning and building regulations approvals or other building design or contract management works.

Over the 30+ years since 1975, many hundreds of Architectural Certification projects have been successfully concluded.
